Reentry Readiness

MAN: Mentally Adjusting Now is a nonprofit dedicated to helping African American men transition back into society after incarceration through job readiness, technology literacy, interview preparation, resume writing, mentorship, and job placement support.
Reentry is more than returning home. It requires structure, emotional readiness, digital access, employment preparation, and trusted support. MAN provides practical services that help men build professional skills, navigate modern technology, and take the next step toward stability.
